Gender bending of superheroes is no new thing. For years, comic companies have made special issues of alternative versions of usually male characters. Taking regular characters and making a feminine counterpart is not new either, Hulk and She-Hulk, Wolverine and X-23 and Superman and Super Girl, being examples. In this case however, these are people who have taken it upon themselves to make costumes of their favorite superheroes that happen to be an opposite gender of themselves. As you will see, the degree to which femininity or masculinity added if any at all, varies to a great degree.
