I can’t get over the artistry in that shot. <3 I mean from the first time we “hear” Castiel, we know that he is not some black smoke, not a demon, that he has wings, that it’s a good thing coming. People can say that Cas has been a jerk but the truth is here : the core of Castiel’s character is positive. WING. POSITIVE. NO SMOKE. these subtle nuances are perfect.
